Women who blog.

I want to blog. I want a place to come to, that others will come to. For advice, wisdom,  tips, community and creative inspiration.  I want an outlet.  A place I can pour it all out and maybe even reap a few benefits.  I have it me. I know I do. Help me ladies. ...and gentlemen.  Where do I go!? How do I get started. I know a few things. Let me share them??
